("ITT") moves for summary judgment on plaintiff Rosalinda Fábregas' claim of age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (ADEA), and Puerto Rico Act 100, of June 30, 1959, as amended, 29 L.P.R.A. § 146 (Act 100).
