¶ 1 Appellant Joe Glickman appeals from the order of the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, granting the motion of Respondents, Whitefish Credit Union Association (WCU), Mountain Bank, and Dawn Reisch, to dismiss for failure to state a claim and awarding Rule 11, M.R.Civ.P., sanctions. We affirm.
