GRAY, Justice.

¶ 1 Robert G. Steele (Steele) appeals from the order and judgment of the First Judicial District Court, Lewis and Clark County, dismissing his complaint brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (§ 1983) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.

We affirm.

¶ 2 The dispositive issue on appeal is whether Joseph Maronick and Daniel McGregor are entitled to judicial or quasi-judicial immunity.
