MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HOWARD, District Judge.
This is a habeas corpus action which was instituted by petitioner pro se. Petitioner strongly asserts, among other claims for relief, that she is actually innocent of the charge of selling to an undercover police officer one rock of cocaine for which she was convicted.
