During collective bargaining with the City of Seattle, the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 27 (Union) proposed retirement benefits to supplement current benefits fire fighters receive under the Law Enforcement Officers' and Fire Fighters' Retirement System Plan II (LEOFF II).
