¶ 1 William Lee Jones, Jones Equipment and Jones Equipment, Inc.(collectively, Jones) brought this action to renew a judgment entered against Gary Arnold (Arnold). The Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, entered summary judgment in favor of Jones, and Arnold appeals. We affirm the decision of the District Court.
