OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

Petitioners Johnson Brothers Construction (Johnson Brothers) and Workers' Compensation Fund challenge the Labor Commission's decision holding them liable for workers' compensation benefits owed to Brett Cornaby as the result of an industrial accident. We affirm.
