The appellant, Colt Wright, moved in district court for voluntary dismissal of his claim "without prejudice to the right of appeal." The district court granted the motion. Colt Wright appealed the order of dismissal he obtained in order to challenge an earlier interlocutory order setting aside a default judgment that had been entered against David G.
