I. INTRODUCTION

A complaint to establish the paternity of then ten-year old C.J.W. was filed against Marc Grober. Grober argues that the action was time barred. Because actions are tolled during a child's minority, we hold that the action was timely filed. Grober also appeals the order requiring him to submit to blood testing, and the court's retroactive application of a newly enacted statute. We hold that Grober's due process rights...
