Defendant appeals from his convictions on four counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, ORS 164.135, and one count of criminal mischief in the second degree. ORS 164.354.1 He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal based on the insufficiency of the state's evidence of ownership or right to possession of the subject vehicles.
