The State appeals the trial court's decision to grant defendant's Motion to Dismiss a charge of negligent homicide. The Motion to Dismiss was predicated upon the trial court's acceptance of defendant's guilty plea, imposition of sentence, and punishment on the charge of driving left of center arising from the same criminal episode as the negligent homicide charge.
