{1} This appeal raises questions concerning the applicability of the exclusivity provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act (Act), NMSA 1978, § 52-1-6(D), (E) (1990) (effective January 1, 1992), § 52-1-8 (1989), and § 52-1-9 (1973).
