This is an action in negligence against the corporate owners and management of the Bostonian Hotel for personal injuries sustained by a guest in a fall in her hotel room. Judgment was entered for the plaintiff, and the defendants filed this Dist/Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A, Rule 8C appeal of the court's denial of their Mass. R. Civ. P, Rule 41(b) (2) motion for involuntary dismissal.
