At issue in this medical malpractice action is whether the statute of limitations bars plaintiff's suit. Plaintiff urges the court to hold that the three-year limitations period in RCW 4.16.350(3) does not begin to run until injury occurs, regardless how long it has been since the act or omission causing the injury took place. She alternatively argues that the statutes of limitations should be equitably tolled or that the intentional concealment tolling...
