Jeffrey Jacobson was convicted of vehicular homicide for killing Terry Grubham in a head-on collision. The sentencing court imposed an exceptional sentence upward, finding that Jacobson intentionally drove southbound in the northbound lanes of a divided highway at night with his headlights off while intoxicated and fleeing the police.
