The plaintiff2 filed a civil complaint alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment and fraud against the holder of a promissory note for the purchase of a timeshare. On the defendant's motion, the trial court dismissed the plaintiff's complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.3 The plaintiff appealed pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8A.
