Plaintiffs appeal a judgment denying their claim for payment of underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits. The insurance policy at issue was maintained by plaintiffs' mother, Linda Greenslitt (decedent), who was killed in a work-related automobile accident. Her death resulted in payment of workers' compensation benefits, including death benefits to two dependents (a granddaughter and a great-granddaughter).
