¶ 1 Lawrence Earl Sweet was charged by information filed in the District Court for the Second Judicial District in Silver Bow County with two counts of criminal sale of dangerous drugs in violation of § 45-9-101, MCA (1995). Following a jury trial, Sweet was convicted of both offenses and sentenced to two consecutive ten-year sentences. Sweet appeals the jury's verdict and the District Court's order which denied his motion to dismiss...
