This is a consolidated appeal following the trial court's granting of motions for summary judgment in four cases consolidated for trial. The motions for summary judgment were granted in favor of the defendant-third party defendant Advance Transformer Company (Advance)1 against the defendant owners of commercial real estate that was destroyed by fire.
