Respondent Paul deParrie appeals from the judgment in this action under ORS 30.866, the civil stalking statute, in which petitioner Jude Hanzo sought and obtained a permanent stalking protective order (SPO) against deParrie.1 We conclude, on de novo review, that petitioner failed to prove that respondent, on two or more occasions, engaged in conduct constituting "a threat or something that does not differ meaningfully...
