This is a G.L.c. 93A action to recover for the defendant's unfair and deceptive acts in breaching its G.L.c. 90, §7N1/4 warranty on a used motor vehicle sold to the plaintiff. After trial, the court awarded treble damages and entered judgment for the plaintiff. The defendant has appealed pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C.
