Appellants-plaintiffs Paul and Annie Chamberlain, individually and as co-executors of their deceased son's estate (Chamberlains), appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the appellees-defendants Richard Allen Parks and Complete Auto Transit, Inc. (Complete Auto). Specifically, the Chamberlains make the following allegations: (1) the Wrongful Death Act violates Article 1, Section 23 of the Indiana Constitution...
