OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellants, Common Cause, Inc. and Timothy Peterson (collectively "Common Cause"), appeal the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of the State of Indiana (State).

We affirm.

The sole issue for review is whether the Indiana Lobby Registration Commission (the Commission)1 performs functions outside the scope of the legislative branch in violation of the doctrine of separation...
