Justice WOLFSON delivered the opinion of the court:

Was Abigail Arroyo (Arroyo) fired from her job as a cashier at Wally's Kosher Deli or did she quit? She was denied unemployment benefits because the Department of Employment Security Board of Review decided she left her job without good cause. The Circuit Court upheld the Board's finding. We believe the record demonstrates she was fired. For that reason we reverse the Board's finding and remand for a new hearing...
