CALABRESI, Circuit Judge:

This appeal, brought by various current, former, and retired sales agents of the Knights of Columbus, concerns a challenge to the Knights' Pension Plan. Under the Knights' plan, retirees receive a fixed pension benefit, but the amount is reduced by, among other things, any renewal commissions payable to the agent.
