This is an action to recover for the defendant-insurer's refusal to pay the plaintiff's claim for the total loss of her automobile. The defendant argued that the plaintiff's insurance policy had been cancelled for non-payment prior to the theft and destruction of the plaintiff's vehicle. After trial, the court entered judgment for the plaintiff on her claims for breach of contract, waiver and estoppel...
