This is an appeal from several consolidated cases raising identical issues. Respondents State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm") and Valley Forge Insurance Company, (CNA Group) ("Valley Forge") provide automobile insurance for four individuals (hereinafter "renters") who each rented vehicles from appellant Alamo Rent-A-Car ("Alamo").
