GWIN, District Judge.

On March 11, 1998, Defendant Envirotest Systems Corp. ("Envirotest") filed a motion for summary judgment against Plaintiff Luann Eperesi [Doc. 29]. For the reasons that follow, the defendant's motion is granted.
