PER CURIAM.

This matter is before the court on a petition for reinstatement to the practice of law. The petitioner, William J. Peotrowski, Jr. (Peotrowski), was disbarred by order of this court on November 17, 1982. This disbarment was a result of his criminal conviction after his entry of a plea of nolo contendere to eight counts of obtaining money under false pretenses and uttering and publishing. Carter v.
