We granted review of the Court of Appeals decision reversing Defendant's convictions for two counts of aggravated first degree murder. State v. Hutchinson, 85 Wn.App. 726, 733, 938 P.2d 336 (1997) (Hutchinson II). We now affirm the Defendant's convictions.
