¶ 1 Daniel Allan Wakeford was charged by information on June 27, 1995, with the offenses of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Wakeford filed a motion to suppress physical evidence found after a warrantless search of his motel room. The Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, denied the motion.
