In these consolidated appeals, defendant, Gwen Hendricks, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of first degree murder and the denial of her Crim. P. 35(c) motion. We affirm.

According to evidence presented by the prosecution, defendant experienced premonitions that her husband would die in a plane crash and that she would use the insurance proceeds from his death to establish a ranch for abused...
