CALABRESI, Circuit Judge:

Paul Danzer appeals from the granting of his former employer's motion for summary judgment by the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Alan H. Nevas, Judge). Finding that a rational finder of fact could have rendered a verdict for Danzer, we reverse that judgment and remand for trial.
