This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment requiring Aetna Casualty & Surety Company to defend Deluxe Systems, Inc. under a commercial general liability policy. Recordkeepers, Inc., a company engaged in the business of archive storage of business records, purchased shelving components from Deluxe and later filed suit contending that the shelving units were "leaning out," and were structurally inadequate for Recordkeepers' intended purpose...
