Honachefsky, against whom a final domestic violence restraining order was entered on March 6, 1997, on the complaint of plaintiff, Elizabeth Sweeney, appeals from an order of the Chancery Division, Family Part, denying his motion for dissolution thereof pursuant to the good-cause provision of N.J.S.A. 2C:25-29d.
