Airo Die Casting, Inc. and VSI Corp./DME Company (collectively referred to as Taxpayers) appeal from two orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County (common pleas court). The orders granted the Board of Assessment Appeals' (Board) motions for judgment on the pleadings thereby dismissing Taxpayers' respective appeals.
