This appeal concerns the applicability of the Mobile Home Park Landlord-Tenant Act to the relationship between the Post Falls Trailer Park (the Partnership), the landlord and owner of a mobile home park, and Marilyn Fredekind, a tenant whose mobile home occupies a lot in the Partnership's mobile home park.
