No. 97-01885.

718 So.2d 1262 (1998)

David LOPEZ, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

October 9, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Jennifer Y. Fogle, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Ronald Napolitano, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

State, 696 So.2d 830 (Fla. 2d DCA 1997) ...
