In this post dissolution action the trial court entered an order compelling Neva J. (Zimmer) Van Meter ("Mother") to comply with a discovery request filed by Daniel J. Zimmer ("Father"). Among other things Father sought to inspect and copy Mother's 1996 Income Tax Return.
