Plaintiff Robert Dinsmore is the sole owner of plaintiff Dinsmore Instrument Company. Dinsmore manufactures compasses for installation in automobile dashboards (plaintiffs hereafter referred to collectively as "Dinsmore"). Defendant Bombardier, Inc. is a Canadian firm engaged in the manufacture of diverse product lines such as jet aircraft, aircraft spare parts, and recreational vehicles...
