PATTERSON, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 Levonnie Wooten appeals from his convictions and sentences on one count each of first degree murder, burglary and witness tampering. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS

¶ 2 The victim, Althea Hayes, was last seen alive on Thursday, July 22, 1993. Two days later her body was discovered in her apartment by her father. She had been shot four times with a .380 caliber handgun...
