Melvin Roberts Bowers was indicted by the Grand Jury for Howard County on the charges of involuntary manslaughter in violation of Maryland Code (1957, 1996 Repl.Vol., 1997 Supp.) Article 27, § 387,1 reckless endangerment in violation of Article 27, § 12A-2 and inhaling a harmful substance in violation of Article 27, § 301, all arising from the death of Geneva Marie Hodge.
