Marcy Kula (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) affirming the decision of the workers' compensation judge (WCJ) to grant Herbert R. Weiman, Esquire's (Employer) petition for modification or suspension of Claimant's workers' compensation benefits. We reverse.
