This is an appeal from a judgment granting a final divorce pursuant to La.Civ.Code art. 102. Brenda Lemoine asserts that the trial court incorrectly granted the divorce based upon a finding that the parties lived separate and apart for 180 days following service of the petition for divorce. The trial court equated the requirement of living "separate and apart continuously" under Article 102 with a lack of reconciliation. Mrs. Lemoine contends that...
