Correia (Correia), from his robbery-related convictions: (1) a police officer's trial testimony about Correia's alleged refusal to cooperate with the investigating authorities during his custodial interrogation, (2) a trial justice's consciousness-of-guilt jury instruction based upon Correia's alleged concealment of evidence...
