Kristine M. Bunch was convicted of felony murder1 and arson.2 The trial court imposed concurrent sentences of sixty and fifty years respectively. Bunch's direct appeal presents several issues for our review that we restate as follows:

I. Does Bunch's conviction of felony murder while committing arson require the arson conviction to be vacated?
