In this worker's compensation action, Bancroft Bag, Inc. ("Bancroft") appeals a judgment ordering it to pay medical bills incurred by claimant Sammy Lee ("Lee") when he was admitted to St. Francis Medical Center on two occasions in November 1996. Lee answers, urging that the hearing officer erred in awarding Bancroft a credit for amounts previously paid by Lee's private insurer and in not awarding penalties and attorney fees.
