Phyllis T. Garvin appeals from the trial court's order which denied her request for an injunction to halt the conduct of a recall election scheduled to be held shortly after the order was rendered. At issue in the recall election is her right to continue to hold the offices of Vice Mayor and City Council Member of the City of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. The trial court ruled that the recall election should proceed as scheduled on November 3, 1998...
