Defendant insurance company appeals a trial court order certifying the plaintiffs' claim for a class action suit on behalf of allegedly defrauded policyholders. With no showing of deficiencies in the written contract of insurance, we find predominant the individual issues of fact of the alleged misrepresentations in the sales of the policies over any issues common to the members of the proposed class.
