¶ 1 In October 1991 plaintiff, Ayala, was a farmhand in the employ of the Gamble farm, owned by Ortho Gamble, Sr. Gamble Farm had bought fertilizer for its spinach crop from defendant, Keota Mill in Poteau, LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
